Dear Sharon,
I want to take the time to thank each of your staff
members that we worked with during the last weeks of my father's life.
As an only child I had no one to help with his care, or to help relieve my husband and I when we needed rest. I was fearful of bringing strangers into the home to take care of my dad, but it was clear that there was no other choice if I was to honor his final wish to die at home. Your staff proved that I could trust each one of them to not only provide the care he needed, but they also provided companionship for him during the first week or so, which he truly appreciated.
I want to especially thank Lela and Tiffany. While each caregiver did a truly great job, I want to let you know that Lela and Tiffany went above and beyond what I had ever expected. I even joked at one point that when it's my time to go, I want them to be my caregivers if they are still around.
I also want to thank the people that I never met face to face; Johanna, Lisa and Karen. Each of them was also a great help during this final part of my dad's journey. If I had a question, I was directed to the right person and they provided the answer, even if it was just a kind word that I needed.
In closing I just want to say that during this time in a family's life, every moment becomes a personal, private, and emotional thing. We never felt like the caregivers were intruding, but rather that they became part of our family, even if for a short time. I'm going to miss them.
Thank you for all that your company has done to make the end of my dad's life journey exactly what he wanted, which was to live his final days in peace in the home that he and my mother shared together. I will give your company a glowing recommendation to anyone that I know of who is in need of your type of services.

This is a letter of appreciation and recommendation for the excellent care that you provided my mother, Helen L. Grimm.
Each one of the care givers that came into our home treated my mother with great care and respect. The personnel were sensitive to the needs and requirements of our entire family.
My mothers care needs changed with a new diagnosis and we were advised to place her in a memory care unit. This change was very difficult for all of my family.
We would like to recognize Mom's care givers as being exemplary in their professional attitude.
