Sharon L. Moore, RN
CEO/Senior Case Manager
Sharon Moore, RN is the Senior Case Manager and President of Personal Home Care. Sharon joined PHC in 1987 working for Renae Murray, the owner at that time, as a contract nurse and director of nursing services. Sharon purchased the company from Renae in 1996. Since that time Personal Home Care has grown tremendously due in part to Sharon’s dedication to the success of Personal Home Care and the quality of her clients care. Sharon has been a long time advocate for her client’s right to quality care and the right to make informed decisions regarding their care. You can count on her to work diligently in making your home care experience a positive one.
Lisa FollisLisa Follis was hired in 1998 as a CNA. Lisa was promoted to Customer Service Representative in 2004. In 2005 she was promoted again to her current position of case manager and office manager. Lisa has matured in her position and has become an invaluable asset to Personal Home Care’s management team. Lisa is very dedicated to the quality of services provided by Personal Home Care. She consistently shows her talents and her caring in her dealings with clients and family members. You can count on Lisa to ensure that the services provided to you or your loved one are of the highest quality.

Johanna ChristianAdmin. Assistant/Staffing Coordinator
Johanna Christian was hired in 2002 as a caregiver. She was promoted to our receptionist and nursing assistant in 2006. In 2009 she was promoted again to Administrative Assistant and Staffing Coordinator. Johanna has consistently performed her duties as a caregiver, receptionist and nursing assistant to a very high standard. She consistently provides excellent customer assistance and you can count on her to solve issues within her scope of practice or to direct your issue to the appropriate person for solution. Johanna is a very important part of PHC’s management team.
