• Homemaker Companion - Hourly FT/PT
• Personal Care Assistant - Hourly FT/PT
• Certified Nurse's Assistant - Hourly FT/PT
(All positions are also available as Live-in FT/PT)
Requirements:
• 6 months verifiable experience
• Clean Oregon State Police and DMV history
• Current OSBN CNA Certificate - CNA's only
• PCA position requires training (provided by PHC)
• First Aid and CPR Certificate (training provided by PHC)

• A current driver's license
• Social Security card
• Any applicable certifications
It will take approximately 45 minutes to complete the paperwork included with your application. Our screening process can take anywhere from a day to 2 weeks. Once the screening process has been completed you will be notified of the results.
